14 Oscar Scandals That Are So Juicy, They Probably Deserve To Win Best Picture
I am in disbelief that someone thought Rob Lowe's "Proud Mary" performance was a good idea.
It's Oscar season, and while I'chiliad sure all of the nominated films are total of drama, I doubt they can top some of the scandals that take actually taken place on stage during the ceremony.
Here are 14 scandals from Academy Awards history, from Angelina Jolie kissing her blood brother on the red carpet to Rob Lowe'south performance of "Proud Mary" that was and so bad, a bunch of celebrities wrote a formal protest letter:

He merely held me and said he loved me, and I know he's so happy for me. And, give thanks you lot for that." Dunaway and Beatty, who had starred together in Bonnie and Clyde, were invited to announce the All-time Motion-picture show winners to celebrate the pic'south fiftieth anniversary, even though the pair have notably had a strained relationship over the years.
All was going smoothly until Beatty went to read the winner. He looked noticeably confused, and some wondered if he was having a difficult time seeing the teleprompter.
